When it came to salt, she chose Organic, Kosher Pink Himalayan salt, recognizing its rich mineral content. With over 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and zinc, it not only enhanced flavor but also added a touch of nutrition to her creations.

Honey became a sweet addition to her repertoire, and she opted for local producers such as Coloma Gold Honey and El Dorado Honey Co.
